Mobile Banking - How to Get Started

If you have INOVA Business online banking and an iPhone or Android phone: 

  • Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
  • Search for INOVA Business Mobile and download
  • Login using your Business online banking username/password
  • You may be prompted for security questions the first time you login

To use mobile browser banking:

  • Log in using online banking username/password
  • You may be prompted for security questions the first time you login

Pay bills directly from your INOVA Federal checking account using Digital Banking. You can review payment history, pending bill payments, and receive electronic bills.

To sign up:

  1. You must first be enrolled in Digital Banking (if you have not signed up, follow the steps under "Digital Banking" above)
  2. After login, you must click the "Transfer & Pay" tab, then select "Bill Pay"
  3. Select "Add Payee"
  4. Easily add payees, schedule payments, and view bill payment history through the Bill Pay option
  5. Choose if you are paying a business or a person
  6. Enter all Payee information and click "Next"
  7. Choose a nickname (optional) and click "Add Payee"
  8. You are ready to pay your bills!
