Lost or Stolen Cards

  • During business hours - 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) call (800) 826-5465 to report your card lost or stolen.
  • After business hours or on weekends, call (866) 438-4694 to report your card lost or stolen.
  • Request a new card by logging into your digital banking and clicking on the Account Services tab, then Requests. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your new card.
