Lost or Stolen Cards
• During business hours - 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) call 800-826-5465 to report your card lost or stolen.
• After business hours or on weekends, call 866-438-4694 to report your card lost or stolen.
• Request a new card by logging into your online banking and clicking on the Account Services tab, then Requests. Please expect 7-10 business days to receive your new card.
