INOVA Alerts reach you immediately when you use your INOVA debit card. This is a great way for you to monitor potentially fraudulent activity on your accounts. Alerts also give you control over your spending anytime and anywhere.
INOVA Alerts are easy to set up:
For Mobile:
- Login to your digital banking app
- Select More
- Select Cards and choose Debit Card Management
- Scroll through the images to find your Debit Card
- Select Alerts and Controls
- Select Manage Card Alerts
- Choose an Alert type and delivery method
- Use the back arrow to return to previous pages
For Desktop:
- Login to digital banking
- Select Cards and choose Debit Card Management
- Scroll through the images to find your Debit Card
- Select Alerts and Controls
- Select Manage Card Alerts
- Choose an Alert type and delivery method
- Click the X to exit when finished
If you previously set up Debit Card Alerts through Visa, feel free to click here to deactivate them.
